Life is full of transitions and awakenings to deeper levels of who you are, but sometimes these transitions are bumpy and we can get stuck in sensations, emotions, stories, or reliving past trauma. I have navigated several life-altering transitions and have, over time, discovered ways to move through these changes using techniques grounded in mindfulness and the body. Discovering oneself is an ongoing process, one that I am engaged in, and I'm ready to share with you techniques and strategies to support your journey.
In my coaching sessions, clients are invited to explore what a balanced nervous & energy system feels like, expanding that sensation into a new normal. I help clients navigate difficulties in relationships or transitions, sensations of anxiety, and past trauma as it reveals itself, using mindfulness, energy coaching, EMDR, and an IFS informed approach.

Coaching Options
How is coaching different from counseling?
You can work with me for energy medicine coaching, IFS coaching, or goal oriented coaching.
Coaching is typically done in containers of 6 or 12 sessions or, alternatively, booked as needed as an occasional appointment.
If signing on for a coaching package, you choose your work and we make a clear plan during our first appointment. Coaching container sessions are clear and agreed upon sessions with a specific purpose.
What do people work on in coaching sessions?
Sessions are goal oriented and typically focus on issues such as relationship goals, mental or physical health, work or education, personal transitions or transformations, and self-awareness.
Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes via telehealth. A sliding scaled is offered as the schedule allows. Please request if you feel that a financial hardship affects your ability to access services.
