Scope of Services

LifeTide Wellness provides integrative mental health and wellness services including psychotherapy, EMDR-based intensives, energy-based healing, and holistic support. Counseling services are provided by a licensed clinician and adhere to the American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics and relevant state guidelines. Complementary services such as energy work or hypnosis are not medical or psychiatric treatment and are meant to support your well-being alongside other care you may be receiving.

Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. Counseling services comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the ACA Code of Ethics, which protect your health information. Your session information and communications are kept confidential, with exceptions only as required by law (e.g., danger to self or others, abuse reporting). Online platforms used for telehealth are selected for their HIPAA compliance whenever possible.

Client Agreements

All clients will receive and sign a consent form prior to services. This agreement outlines service policies, fees, risks and benefits, and session boundaries. Clients must be age 18+ or have legal guardian consent.

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend sessions free from the influence of substances

• Show up with reasonable expectations of outcomes

• Understand that energy work and regression services are not guaranteed or medical in nature

Crisis Support

LifeTide Wellness is not a crisis center and does not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 24/7.

Digital Communication & Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure platforms, but no system is 100% secure. By choosing telehealth or electronic communication, you accept the potential risks. LifeTide Wellness does not record sessions, and clients agree not to record or share session content without explicit written permission.

Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations will result in a fee. There are no refunds for services already provided. Fees for services are clearly listed on the website and are subject to change with notice.
